I bought this app to help set up my direct tv satellite. Direct tv satellite is not even listed like the developer claimed. USELESS APP for me.

Do not be fool to buy this app its useless , you can find more info for the sat on the net .it will not help you to set your dish ,there are more free app that will help you set your dish ,all good reviews are scams.

I hope it works better as I figure it out more.

This app does not do what it promises. Most reviews are plants. The support page is in Russian. This app is a rip off and convinces me that IPhone app land is a mine field.

Bab and weak program

I had hylas 2 the other day, today I updated and its no longer in there? Thats ok, but the support page on the Internet and in istore has no method to contact the developer. This app seemed to have promise, but unfortunately I have to give it a 1 star for no support.

This app had a lot of promise for use with our SNG (Satellite News Gathering) trucks to visualize a parking spot in the field to make sure a satellite is visible and not blocked by buildings or terrain. Originally, the satellites names would be displayed in the sky view. Now just the satellite longitude position is visible. No longer useful for our non-tech truck drivers. Youve upgraded yourself out of a couple dozen copies.

I have direct tv on a rv trailer, I use this App. As a general guidance to find the satellite. This app. Is very helpful in that aspect, then I use a signal tuner, to fine tune the satellite. Thanks for the app. Guys.

Great application

I work for a radio network that relies on our satellite system for our content delivery. With this program I can determine site lines for new installations, and see potential blockages from trees and other vegetation. I can even take a snapshot of the image to show the tree company to make sure they properly trim the trees. Im running an older iPhone 3GS that doesnt have a gyro in it, so my elevation is a bit jittery. That is the only reason I gave it only 4 stars. It may very well be a 5 star app on a newer phone!

The database is comprehensive and the augmented reality works perfectly on my iPhone 4

We travel by RV and always try to figure out how to get a direct tv sat signal at new locations. this is the answer... It gives satellite coordinate and then with the iPhone compass we can park to avoid the trees that might interfere with the signal. beats our old system of guestimating!

This is okay for a companion app. Wouldnt want to use it by itself until you are very familiar with using it.

Awesome!!!! Takes me 5 min every week. We take it with us on the road and this app makes it so much easier. I dont wanna have to do it without it.

Bad, bad, bad. Very hard to use. Cant even find Direct TV.

Dont buy! Beware. Complicated no support. Does not work. No refunds. Good luck.
